This is my first year teaching but I have worked as a substitute teacher, home bound tutor, long term substitute, paraprofessional, and girls track coach in schools throughout Central Illinois for the past 17 years. I have a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a B.S. in Chemistry Education from Bradley University. I grew up in a small town in North Dakota near the Canadian border and moved to Illinois in 2000 with my husband. We live in Princeville and have four children. Our oldest attends the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) in Aurora, IL and our other children attend the Princeville Schools. My hobbies include running, gardening, and sewing. We enjoy traveling as a family and have been to 35 states and my favorite trip was traveling to Sweden and Norway.
